- How many study days do I need/how many days away from my work place do I need?

| YEAR 1 | 4 days in Swansea | 3 days in Birmingham | Every 2-3 weeks (home/workplace via telecon/internet) |
| YEAR 2 | 1 day in Swansea | 2 days in Birmingham | Every 2-3 weeks (home/workplace via telecon/internet) |
| YEAR 3 | 1 day in Swansea | 2 days in Birmingham | Every 2-3 weeks (home/workplace via telecon/internet) |
You are expected to attend 80% of the programme, so you will also need to attend webinar action learning sets .
* It is recommended that you ask your manager if study days are available to allow an opportunity to study in between the webinar sessions.
