Application Forms for the Specialist Certificate in Transfusion Science Practice.

Applying: Enrolment for the 2025-26 programme is now closed. No further applications can be accepted


You MUST complete the online membership form (if not already an active member) and make payment prior to submitting an application for the Specialist Certificate.   
Applications submitted without membership fee payment will not be reviewed.

The application and enrolment period will run 1st Oct - 12th Nov 2024 for the 2025-26 programme.     
NB: Applications received at any other time will not be considered.

Please be aware that there are two different application forms.  You will need to:

  1. Download the relevant form, 

  2. Save a copy,

  3. Complete it,

  4. Email it (along with copies of any relevant supporting documents) to

    tspapplications@bbts.org.uk *This is an automated mailbox. 
    Please entitle each attached document's file name with your full name (eg. Joe Smith -  TSP 2025-26 app form  / Joe Smith -  TSP 2025-26 supporting docs...)

31st Dec 2024 (may be subject to delays due to high numbers of applications)

Initial deposit payment deadline

IMPORTANT ! Please note:  It will take 2 to 3 working days to process new membership applications. This is a high volume application period ; if you do not know your membership number or haven't received it yet, please put 'pending receipt' in the relevant field on the application form.  Confirmation checks will be made when the applications are reviewed.
