Safety and effectiveness are fundamental areas in transfusion practice, and the TP symposium this year has a focus on these issues, including the methods in which we deliver the key messages.  Attendees may gain some insight in to how to implement and achieve change, and support best practice in clinical transfusion and use of alternatives.
